Rhonda Kamai-Kekela, LCSW

THERAPIST, EMDR TRAINER, APPROVED EMDR CONSULTANT, DOT SAP

I strive to make your mental health treatment as easy as possible to tolerate and not overwhelm you. My treatment approach is a collaborative effort between you and me working together towards your overall goals. Childhood and adult experiences although passed may continue to linger on, affecting your ability to let go of those memories and experiences. I use a collective and integrative approach of treatment modalities to get the results that you want as quickly as possible.

Carrie Wallace, LCSW

THERAPIST

I love working with clients who have a lot of stress showing up in their bodies and clients who are dealing with a lot of anxiety, panic attacks, or dissociation. I work with clients who are motivated to create positive change in their lives or to break negative generational patterns.

My preferred modalities are Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and inner child work. Currently seeing clients in Roosevelt.

Lara Kravet, LCSW

THERAPIST

I believe we are designed to heal. I work to teach skills to help regulate moods and help clients feel grounded in the present moment. This prepares them to work through current and past experiences with safety and confidence. I work with thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and the body to help connect and strengthen the whole person through their own choices and efforts. I believe it is important that my client has a choice in every aspect of this process. I work from a trauma-informed and attachment-based perspective using an integration of therapeutic models. I do not think there is one right way to do things and I individualize my approach to the person in front of me and what they want and need out of this experience. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, Sand Tray, Play Therapy, and Mind Body Bridging. I am always learning and growing with my clients and am open to any challenge you are willing to let me help you with.

No matter what brings you to therapy, you deserve to be heard, understood, and helped. Therapy is a space for you and your family to work towards a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life in a way that works for you. Every person has the ability to overcome their unique challenges and deepen their understanding of themselves and the world around them. I strive to support and guide my clients as they work to reach their own goals by helping them focus on their strengths and accomplishments. I have experience working with adult and teen populations in community mental health, crisis, substance abuse, and medical settings. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to engage clients including EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness practices, and existential techniques. Everyone deserves to discover their full mental, physical, and emotional potential. I graduated from Utah State University in 2014 with a master’s degree in social work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
